roof reseal before the season, Dicor lap sealant or Eternabond tape?

Dicor cracked at the fridge vent 18 months after i did it, Port Isabel sun. how often do you reseal down here and is the tape worth it?

2008 Bounder 35H V10, tick on cold start, broken manifold studs?

sewing machine tick from the passenger side at cold start on a 61k mile F-53 that goes away warm. studs? fix it in Iowa or live with it?
